Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I absolutely adore maternity sessions, they are the start of your beautiful journey into motherhood and it is such a lovely session to treat yourself to some you time and bonding with your bump. 

​

Pregnancy can often be a time where we don't always feel like having pictures or being in front of a camera, but we absolutely should! This is a wonderful time in your life where your body is going through the most amazing changes, so to be able to have professional photos you can look back on of you looking and feeling amazing is so important. 

​

Maternity sessions are best done at around 34-36 weeks, this is when your bump is a lovely size, but you are hopefully not feeling too uncomfortable. 

​

I appreciate you may feel a bit nervous about being in front of the camera, but I make sure the sessions are very relaxed and we go at your own pace and what you feel comfortable with. Before your session I will contact you to see what sort of poses you are comfortable with, so I can tailor the session around you. You will also be emailed a guide with more information about the session and what to bring with you, so you are fully prepared!

I try to keep these sessions very simple, using plain backdrops. I have a selection of outfits and fabrics that we can use and of course you can bring anything of your own. These sessions will be held at my studio in Newark-on-Trent, Monday-Friday and will last around two hours.
